The managing partners pooled as many resources, talent, and experienced personnel as possible to collaborate and enhance each unique and individual restaurant of Martell's, Central City Tap House, The Union Cabaret and Grille, Fieldstone Grill, The Wine Loft, Panini Express, Centre Street Tap House, Cityscape Events, The Idler Riverboat and Dockside, and Millennium Catering. The integrity of each Millennium Restaurant location stands alone, with its own concept, menu, identity and reputation.
